Clean water commissioning of reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber curtain membrane box (MBR membrane box) with lining

1Start the blower and check the air tightness and uniformity of the internal aeration main pipe and the external aeration pipe After starting the blower, first check the firmness of the membrane support, the air tightness of the transparent hose and quick-release connector, and the uniformity of aeration. After confirming that they are in good condition , adjust the corresponding valves to make the air supply ratio of the inner aeration main pipe and the outer aeration pipe of the reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber curtain membrane box (MBR membrane box) with inner lining to be about 1:1 .

2the air tightness of the reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber curtain membrane module (MBR membrane) with lining and the outlet pipe After starting the blower, open the air inspection valve and control the pressure gauge value to ≤0.10MPa. Check the air tightness of the lined reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber curtain membrane assembly (MBR membrane ) and the outlet pipe. After confirming that the air tightness is intact, close the air inspection valve and open the exhaust valve. After the exhaust is completed, close the exhaust valve.

3Start the suction pump Startthe suction pump, adjustthe frequency converterorregulating valve ofthe suction pump so thatthe waterflow rate meets the design requirements ofthe liner-enhanced polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber curtain membrane box (MBR membrane box), and record the vacuum pressure gauge value at this time.

4After the clean water debugging is completed, stop the suction pump and blower immediately.

Note! (1) Do not use excessive amounts of clean water for a long time or for debugging, otherwise the membrane may become fouled and blocked.

    Adding seed mud

Note! (1) It is recommended to use seed mud with the same properties as the wastewater to be treated.

Note! (2) Itis recommended to use seed mud with an MLSS concentrationofabout20,000 mg/L

Note! (3)The amount of seed sludge added should be such that the sludge concentration in the membrane bioreactor (MBR) pool is between 5000-8000 mg/L.

Note! (4) When adding seed mud, use a 1mm ultra-fine grid to filter it to remove impurities in the seed mud.

Note! (5) Do not use inoculants

    Sludge acclimation and cultivation

1Acclimation conditions During sludge acclimation and cultivation, the growth conditions of microorganisms in the seed sludge cannot change suddenly. Usually, there is an adaptation process. Therefore, when sludge acclimation and cultivation, seed sludge from the same type of wastewater should be used as much as possible. Otherwise, conventional domestic sewage or fecal wastewater should be used as the culture water source. During acclimation and cultivation, several important indicators in the membrane bioreactor (MBR) pool should be controlled within the following ranges : COD between 500-800mg /L ,BOD between 350-500mg/L ,the watertemperature is not lowerthan 20,the dissolved oxygen is between 3-4During acclimatization and cultivation, the growth of microorganisms should be checked at any time by microscope or the COD index of influent and effluent water should be tested to adjust the acclimatization and cultivation method and judge the effect of acclimatization and cultivation.

    2Domestication method

Low-throughput operation acclimation method the water flow rate of the reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber curtain membrane cassette (MBR cassette ) at a low flow rate of 20%-40% of the designed flow rate at the beginning of operation , and then gradually increasing the flow rate until it reaches full capacity. The increment cycle and acclimation time will depend on the actual situation.

    Debugging time

Seed mud, microorganisms, water temperature, water quality conditions and debugging personnel are important factors affecting the length of debugging time. Generally, the debugging time takes 10-30 days. Notice! When the water temperature is lower than 20 , inoculation, sludge acclimatization and debugging will be difficult or the debugging time will be long, so it should be avoided as much as possible.Debugging is performed under these conditions.
