FG Water AXP 0.6–1.0 Axial Piston Pumps – Compact Oil-Free High-Pressure Pumps up to 80 Bar

1. Product Overview

The FG Water AXP 0.6–1.0 range comprises compact axial piston pumps for high-pressure delivery of low-viscosity fluids in reverse osmosis and membrane treatment systems.

These fixed-displacement pumps use the pumped liquid for lubrication, eliminating the need for a lubricating oil reservoir. Flow can be adjusted by changing shaft speed within the specified operating range.

The range includes AXP 0.6, AXP 0.8, and AXP 1.0, with maximum continuous outlet pressure of 80 bar.

3. OPERATING PARAMETERS

ParameterSpecification
Outlet Pressure Range10–80 bar
Inlet Pressure Range1–5 bar
Continuous Speed Range700–3,450 rpm
Fluid Temperature2–50°C, subject to salinity limits
Ambient Temperature0–50°C
LubricationPumped liquid; no lubricating oil required

Actual operating flow depends on shaft speed and operating conditions. Select the motor and pump duty point against the relevant performance curve.

Provide suitable inlet filtration, maintain adequate inlet pressure, and prevent dry running. Flush with fresh water after shutdown when handling high-salinity fluids.

4. Key Features & Benefits

  • Compact pump head: A 3.7 kg pump weight supports installations with limited space.

  • Oil-free lubrication: Uses the pumped liquid to lubricate internal moving components.

  • Adjustable flow: Fixed displacement allows flow regulation through shaft-speed control.

  • High-pressure operation: Supports continuous outlet pressures up to 80 bar.

  • Integrated flushing valve: Facilitates flushing arrangements in membrane systems.

5. Key Applications

  • Small and modular seawater reverse osmosis systems.

  • Brackish water reverse osmosis systems.

  • Compact membrane treatment skids.

  • High-pressure delivery of compatible low-viscosity process fluids.
