4. Key Features & Benefits
Continuous electrodeionization: Produces a continuous flow of high-purity deionized water from RO permeate.
Typical recovery: The datasheet lists a typical recovery of 90–95%.
Flow-dependent product resistivity: Typical product resistivity is >17 MΩ·cm at minimum flow and >7 MΩ·cm at maximum flow, based on a maximum feed-water conductivity equivalent of 40 μS/cm. Actual performance may vary with site-specific operating conditions and can be evaluated using Ionpure’s IP-Pro projection tool.
Silica removal: Typical silica removal is 90–99%, depending on feed conditions.
5. Key Applications
Boiler makeup water for power plants
Hydrocarbon processing
Chemical processing
