Industrial EDI Membrane Stack LCM Series Chinese Equivalent for Veolia MK-3/MK-5(E-CELL-3X) Efficient Purification Multiple Specifications

The working principle of EDI membrane stack is that it uses mixed ion exchange resin to adsorb cations and anions in water. Under the action of DC voltage, these adsorbed ions are removed through the cation exchange membrane. A freshwater chamber is formed between the anion exchange membrane facing the positive electrode and the cation exchange membrane facing the negative electrode; a concentrated water chamber is formed between the anion membrane facing the negative electrode and the cation membrane facing the positive electrode. There are anion and cation resins sandwiched between the fresh water chamber and the concentrated water chamber. When water flows through the fresh water and concentrated water chambers, the ion exchange resin adsorbs ions in the water. The electrodes at both ends of the EDI membrane stack provide a transverse DC electric field, which drives the ions adsorbed by the ion exchange resin to pass through the ion exchange membrane. As a result, the ion concentration in the fresh water chamber is reduced and the ion concentration in the concentrated water chamber is increased, thereby increasing the purity of the water in the fresh water chamber. The EDI membrane stack is composed of many basic units combined together and working in parallel.
The industrial EDI membrane stack - LCM series , with its excellent performance, can stably and efficiently perform water treatment, suitable for various industrial scenarios, and provides strong support for the pure water needs of various industries.
LCM series EDI modules are Chinese domestic equivalent replacement models. Specifically, LCM-3T is a replacement for the Veolia MK-3 module, and LCM-5T is a replacement for the Veolia MK-5 (the original model is E-CELL-3X). These domestic equivalent replacement modules not only have the advantages of 1:1 replacement mentioned above but also inherit the excellent performance of the LCM series industrial EDI membrane stacks. They can stably and efficiently perform water treatment, are suitable for various industrial scenarios, and provide strong support for the pure water needs of various industries, while also reducing costs for enterprises.
